I would like to request a transfer of my certification profile from my previous organizational account to my new personal account.

Old account email: ******@gmail.com

New account email: ******@gmail.com

MCID (if known): I548-6295

Certification details: Azure AZ - 900 - DEC 2022

I no longer have access to the old account and would appreciate assistance in moving my certification records to my new account. Please let me know if any additional information is needed to verify my identity. Thank you!

Steps :

a. First you need to Sign in to Microsoft Learn using the personal account (******@gmail.com)

b. Go to Profile Settings → Account Management.

c. Add the Old Work Account (******@cognine.com) under “Linked Accounts” (no longer has access to the old account, they may not be able to complete this step directly.)

d. If Access to Old Account Is Lost: Microsoft support cannot manually transfer certifications between accounts due to security policies.

Please visit the Microsoft Credentials Support form and provide the following details:

Your old account email

Your new account email

Your MCID (if known)

Certification details (e.g., AZ-900, date earned)

A brief explanation that you no longer have access to the old account
