passcode not received via email

You sent me a passcode to my email ******@hotmail.com so I can verify my other email ******@hotmail.com I'm using...have not received passcode yet to ******@hotmail.com. it is blocking your emails ? not sure so have not received it

But if it wont work try to use the "Sign in Helper" tool here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/i-can-t-sign-in-to-my-microsoft-account-475c9b5c-8c25-49f1-9c2d-c64b7072e735

    If none of these work you will have to submit the form at https://account.live.com/acsr to prove ownership, since support agents cannot manually send codes. After submission kindly allow 24-48hours for verification.
