**So I signed in and says needs to add a M soft account like John ****@outlook.com I already signed in with my g mail why do I need a @ outlook.com thanks =when I signed in sent a test it did not go it went to junk mail on my g mail when logged onto it.

In most cases, it just means that a duplicate has been deleted. You only have to post the same info once, either as a follow-up (choose to post a Comment) or as substantial new info (which can be added by posting an Answer).

2025-09-08T17:23:56.6733333+00:00 a worker sent me the free link to out look so I am using it I dont know how to screen shot it and send . I set up the outlook now when adding safe sende3rs or block list it wont save it keeps erasing .

cant seam to get it to check emails every hr or 20 minutes though
