The only option available to make phone calls with Teams Free personal account is by using the remaining Skype credit or an active subscription on the Skype Dial Pad site.

However, the user must sign in to this site with exactly the same account as they have used with Skype.
Hello,
Calling feature for Teams is only for those on business tier license, and in addition, it requires some other add-on licenses. Not on those with personal Microsoft accounts.
Unfortunately to access Skype to use any remaining credits, you need to use the Microsoft account credential, no other way around. Sorry.
