How do I resolve the little red X on some of my files

    Hi, good day!

    The red X indicates that you are using OneDrive or another cloud service, and it failed to sync those files.

    Please try to login into OneDrive online

    https://onedrive.live.com/

    Please check if you see your files there, and is your OneDrive allocation indicated as full in the lower left corner?

    Perhaps it's a problem with file permissions. Right-click a file with a red X, select Properties, and then go to the Security tab. Check if any groups or users have a red X. If so, click the Edit button, select the group or user name with the red X, and give it "full control."
