Recurrent payment

Hi,

I have a recurrent payment linked to my work.

I work at the University of Canberra, Australia and I get charged $20.57aud every month. The product I'm being charged is 'Online services".

I don't have to pay for any university services since the university is the provider of the service. Also, I've never signed for this. E0400W2T1V.pdf

I need assistance to cancel this recurring payment.

    Based on my research and your invoice, I can see that you have mismatch tenant registered.

    Maybe this tenant was created by accident.

    Please know that we are forum moderators, we don't have access to your billing details.

    You can ask your IT to create a support ticket to the Billing team for more details.

    You can also double check in your emails, check if there is any email related to tenant created.
