Can't Reset PC

Question

I inadvertently set up my Microsoft bus basic account as my log in for my computer. Now doesn't recognize my admin log in to reset the computer. Anyone know how to fix this?

Are you trying to reset your PC using Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE)?

If not, try this way:

1. On the login screen, click on the power button.
2. While holding the "Shift" key, click "Restart". Your computer will then boot into the WinRE;
3. On the Choose an option screen, select "Troubleshoot > Reset this PC", and then follow the on-screen instructions.
