I cannot find Microsoft Authenticator App in my Samsung S-20 Phone. It supposed to be installed?

I went out to Google Play to install the Microsoft Authenticator App. Google Play says it is installed. Google Play gives me phone name so I am assuming it is already in my phone.

I looked for it and cannot find any reference to it anywhere. Tried Settings->Apps it is not there.

So what am I missing?
