Hello N Wakchaure, Jagdish,

As discussed over private message, you will be able to login into your new Azure tenant by targeting the sign-in to your tenant ID.

https://portal.azure.com/tenant_ID.

    Jagdish hi,

this specific error means your azure active directory tenant was automatically disabled because it has not been used for a long time. it is a cleanup process microsoft runs, but it sure is annoying when it catches a personal account.

for your microsoft azure solution, you need to get that tenant reactivated. since you cannot log in to the portal, you have to contact support from the outside. do not use the 'contact support' button on the error page. instead, go directly to the public azure support page here https://azure.microsoft.com/support/options/. you can create a support request without signing in.

choose these categories when you create the ticket.

    service: azure active directory

    problem type: tenant management

    problem subtype: tenant restoration

in the description, paste that entire error message. include the trace id and correlation id. these numbers are like a receipt and help support find your specific issue fast. explain that this is a personal account and tenant that was blocked without warning.

also, check this. while you wait for support, try signing in at a different microsoft page like https://account.microsoft.com. sometimes you can access your account settings from there and get a different view of the problem. this might help in other tools too.

once you get your account back, set a calendar reminder to log in to the azure portal every few months. even if you do not do anything, just signing in counts as activity and keeps your tenant safe.

good luck Jagdish. i know it is a hassle, but support should be able to fix this for you. be persistent. you will get back in. let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,

    Alex
