BSOD Error

dont know what to do, the comoputer is not working and not turning on . please help

When the computer is powered on do you see just a blue screen. Is there any error code?

Try getting to the recovery environment.

Power on and wait for the spinning dot then press and hold the power button to force power off. (about 6 - 8 secs)

Repeat the above a second time.

On the third power on leave it to see if it goes to a blue screen with Troubleshoot as an option. If so select that and Advanced options.

Try selecting Start-up repair from the list of options.

Hi ,

Could you explain if the blue screen has an error code and provide the code?

If possible, could you take a photo and post it here?

If it's a laptop or desktop, if possible, could you provide the laptop model or your desktop configuration?
