My local disk is showing fully occupied; however, those some softwares that I have on my PC are not of large size. Also, the cache was of approx. 200 Mbs. I cannot understand that how 143 GB local disk has got full!

    Hello,

A disk of 143GB itself is honestly not that much room to begin with.

In order to have an idea what's taking up the space, I recommend that you install the TreeSize app https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/xp9m26rsclnt88?hl=en-US&gl=US

Once installed, start from the Star menu and run as administrator to open it. It should provide you the information what content is taking up storage, etc.
