Does DevOps provision for temp users who will be performing User Acceptance Testing on a one-time, short term basis?

We use DevOps Test to manage our internal software product testing. I am looking to integrate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) using the same tools. This involves having clients run test scripts and record results. Does MS provision this without additional licenses? How is UAT supported?
