I have register two requested for assistance they say solved they have not rang or contacted me- ring Australia number say go online no service.
Doers any one know to wake up this mob and get service

Thanks I finally got connected - we uninstalled Office and reinstalled then rebooted and still got the same problem - you go to updates and get told Some apps have encountered errors = Microsoft error reporting 2.2 Installed 6 Feb 2018.
So not quite sure what to do ignore or what as the connection at Microsoft is not available
