Authenticator App Not Working

Question

In order to log into my accounts, I need to verify using my authenticator app. But in order to log into my authenticator app, it also prompts me to use my authenticator app. I cannot click out of the app to use the same app to authenticate logging into the authenticator app. I cannot log into my business account on this help page in order to get help tailored to my actual business login account and the customer service line keeps repeating a recorded message and hanging up on me, so I cannot log into my accounts to complete my work. Waiting 24-48 hours for the authenticator app to somehow reset will not work because I have things I need to accomplish at work today and have already missed a meeting because of this.
