completed few azure certifications using my previous company's mail which is disabled now , how can i get those certificates now i have the score cards for those certifications having the candidate id etc.

In this instance as they are linked to a mail address, you will need to raise a support case with Microsoft to change the details on the Profile.

Microsoft Certification / Exams / Learn is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
