Lenovo V17 laptop, 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U CPU

Windows 10 Pro, fully updated.

Following a recent update my lock screen shows these annoying mini browser windows - see screenshot.jpg. My Internet connection drops to a crawl when these images are on the lock screen.

Notifications are turned off, see attached screenshot.png. Note that when I navigate to the Notifications screen the Notifications check box is coloured blue, the button then slides to the left and the check box turns white. I have no idea what is on and what is off, the button is on the left but it says "off" on the right. I think this is off but it is odd to see the button move. The old check boxes were very clear, these new ones just leave you guessing.

How can I turn these images off so they stay off please? My computers are not toys, they are for serious work, and this is a massive annoyance.notifications

Open the Settings App, then go to Personalization - Lock Screen, please provide a screenshot of all settings on that settings window.
