How to set up an account on Authenticator when the whole process goes through Authenticator?

The Microsoft Authenticator app I use is not set up for my personal Hotmail Account . In order to set it up I need to select two options either the Authenticator or the Outlook App BUT I don´t use an Outlook App for my personal account because I use it for my business account and I cannot use in a business phone an App for private and business accounts. The company demands and rightly so to have them separately. So to solve this issue I use my Outlook account via Mail in my iPhone. However you send the user to a loop which cannot get out anymore because using the phone number as a verification way is one off and then cannot use it again. On the desktop I managed to get into my mailbox BUT to use the settings of my account I need to verify myself once again!! WHy? If you can't use an app right now, get a code in a different way** The attachment was rejected because It is not from Microsoft? How your bot recognise or probably not, that the screenshot is not from Microsoft when the screenshot is from Microsoft where I am getting the screenshots from ? You need to train your model better
