Hi

I've wanted to start over with some Azure training and wanted to access my account; which apparently has been deactivated.

I've no idea how long it's been locked out, nor how I can create a new tennant as all attempts to reach azure are returning the same blue screen.

How can I proceed ?

Hi, error AADSTS5000225 = Tenant blocked due to inactivity (not your user): after ~200 days of inactivity, the tenant is put in “blocked” status, and after ~20 days it is permanently deleted; if you are still within the 20-day window, you must open a Microsoft support ticket requesting reactivation, indicating your Tenant ID and domain; if the window has passed, you cannot recover: sign out, open portal.azure.com in InPrivate, log in with your Microsoft account and create a new tenant (Sign in > Manage tenants > Create), then continue with the training; if the portal continues to send you to the blocked tenant blue screen, change directory upon login (option “Sign in to an organization” → use another tenant or create a new one) or open the ticket from Support without accessing the blocked tenant.
