Defender Update

Hi All

i have couple of windows 2016 servers which doesn't have internet connectivity.
I have the below vulnerabilities detected.

Windows Defender Antimalware/Antivirus Signature Definition Check (103569)
Malware Signature Timestamp : May. 2, 2021 at 21:14:52 GMT
Malware Signature Version : 1.337.469.0

Security Update for Windows Defender (August 2021) (152427)
Path : C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Platform\4.18.2108.7-0\
Installed version : 1.1.18100.5
Fixed version : 1.1.18400.4

I have downloaded the KB4052623(Products: Microsoft Defender Antivirus)(Definition Updates)
i can see it prompted for 3 exe files and i have downloaded the below file. and from command prompt i have executed

updateplatform_27176abc1451a9b6efffb83fc8e82cada103d15b.exe

on the server i can the below version please guide me how to fix the vulnerability
