Endless Microsoft Issues

Question

OUTLOOK

-The "New Mail" button will disappear and only return once I restart.

-The app tool bar will change randomly without my permission, prompting me to close and restart from the app.

-The "Focused" and "other" Mailboxes will disappear and only return once I close and restart the app.

-Why can I not just immediately download attachments from outlook? I should be able to just click a button that says "download attachments"

SCANNERS AND PRINTERS

-Windows 11 is not compatible with the Canon Utility Application, this has been the case for multiple years. Still no solution? Weve been trying for multple weeks, with multiple IT teams and no one can figure it out....We have a thousand dollar printer that is useless because it will not "agree" with windows 11.

-We also have a check scanner that constantly goes down, prompting to uninstall and reinstall the drivers, because of windows 11, no solution.

DESKTOP

-Where is the trash bin? It should be readily available on the desktop, instead I have to hunt for it.

DEFAULT BROWSER

-I have changed the default browser from Microsoft edge, to chrome. But every time I click on something It automatically opens with Microsoft edge.

IF I HAVE TO GO OUT OF MY WAY TO FIND SIMPLE THINGS, THEN I AM WORKING FOR MICORSOFT. The only reason I am using Microsoft is because I have to for work. Never in my life have I EVER had THIS many issues with Mac.

Every single day there is an issue with either Microsoft programs, or operating system. Its getting absolutely ridiculous. I will never own a PC outside of work.

"Outlook"

You fail to state whether MS Outlook as a component of some current MS Office suites, or whether the win Mail App. And I've assumed its a desktop app and not web browser access.

"Scanners & Printers"

What Canon Printer? you install the full feature software from Canon Support, assuming your model supports win 11, and follow the setup prompts,

"Browser"

You set the default browser. "click on something" doesnt say what you are doing with what.

And if you have altered the default win11 update settings to include latest you will cause more problems, or are manulay updating.

"Trashbin"

Its the 'recycle bin' and it may depend on whether you have a branded PC as to whether its shortcut is shown on the desktop
