fix log in issue

Question

Have to log on constantly. Keep getting message saying I'm not recognized as someone else is trying to use my phone number to set up an account. That someone was me trying to set up a passkey unsuccessfully. I then have to verify I still have the phone number. I can then log on. I have two accounts. [personal info removed]@outlook.com and [personal info removed]@outlook.com. Would like to correct the issue as I have to log on to MS365 every time I open my phone or laptop or open MS Edge. Problem is primarily with the sempra9 account

Go to https://account.live.com/acsr and fill it with as much information as possible. After submission kindly allow 24-48 hours for verification.
