After buying a new PC, we tried to log in with window key we've been using

unfortunately, we've already checked previous one get's logged out, which means the Window key is available, but it keeps showing us certification error

our window key is; WC83H-9DNWC-4FVVR-CMDY7-CYT3Q

Install ID is 345658003322255905936865712232229951464221517464144721852271682

Seems like our Window ID is locked via error, kind inquiry for solution ASAP

Thanks

    Hi,

Windows activation keys—especially retail or OEM licenses—are often tied to the original hardware. Even if the previous device is no longer in use, the activation system may flag the key as already assigned. We recommend running the Activation Troubleshooter via Settings > System > Activation > Troubleshoot to attempt automated resolution. If the issue persists, you may need to contact Microsoft Product Activation Support directly to validate your Install ID and request a manual reactivation.

For privacy and security reasons, please avoid sharing product keys publicly. If needed, we can guide you through secure channels for verification.

If my answer is useful for you, please give it a vote.

    Best regards,

    Quinnie Quoc.
