the only reason i cant apparently upgrade to windows 11 is because my processor isnt compatable.

my laptop works perfectly fine, and when new was quite a high spec, and its still higher than most now.

can you tell me why you dont support this particular processor, but support lesser ones.

please

typically the cpu/motherboard/bios combo is missing TPM 2.0 support. windows 11 security is based on TPM 2.0 support. you might be able to add support:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/enable-tpm-2-0-on-your-pc-1fd5a332-360d-4f46-a1e7-ae6b0c90645c

note: while there are hardware upgrades to add TPM, these typically are not available for laptops. also check your laptop vendor if TPM support is available via a BIOS upgrade. as you probably have an OEM windows license, a BIOS upgrade can cause issues.
