storage issue

Good afternoon,

I have been informed that I have run out of storage on my one drive, currently 12gb out of 5gb??

I have gone on to my on drive which shows i have only used 0.1gb after clearing everything up.

but...

On the main page and my emails, which are now not working it still shows one drive as 12gb and too full, so nothing is working. Is there a way that I can sort this miss communication out between the apps so I can at least get my emails working. I don't really want to be paying out more money, which it clearly shows I do not need to be paying.

    After freeing space (or purchasing additional storage), it can take up to 24 to 48 hours for everything to fully update across your account. I’d recommend waiting that time and then trying again to send your emails.

    Have you already waited at least 24 hours since clearing the space, or was this done very recently?
