Hi, thank you for patiently waiting. After checking and analyzing the event logs, there are multiple Trusted Platform Module errors on the PC. This is a hardware-based security embedded on your motherboard, to fix this issue, I suggest contacting the PC manufacturer to turn on or off the TPM and observed if that will sort out the problem, in addition, if you can go to your BIOS settings and turn it on or off that would be the first step, then if the issue persists, the next one is updating the BIOS, however if all fails, you might to change Boot to legacy, kindly refer to the steps from the link below provided by DaveM121:

Unfortunately this is first and so far the only dump file the system has been able to create.

I will keep trying to bsod to try make more dumps if I can and as for the system log file, here's the link : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1DKnq_ulwwaJncBvKrYyB-KeqeWB5yEoF/view?usp=sharing

edit: I wasn't able to get a dump but i got a new stop code unexpected_store_exception

I have already run sfc and dism commands and nothing came up

Hi, I'm Bernard, a fellow Windows user. I'm happy to help!

Can you further check if you have more Minidump files on the PC? As per checking the Minidump file, it is only displaying general errors. In addition, can you please check the System logs on the PC so I can further examine the root cause of the issue?

To do this, kindly follow the steps from this link:
