I am having issues with windows 11, i recently upgraded to 11 and i am having issues where my laptop is blackscreening and restarting or black screening and turning off. I have several errors that cycle through as the reason for the crash and i am unsure what is the exact issue and how to solve this. I have tried several suggestions from youtube/ google/ copilot suggestions.

Black screening is almost always caused by the graphics drivers, please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so I can take a look for you.
