Microsoft so-called support?

Microsoft forum team leaders usually do not answer the questions asked. Users usually provide more reasonable answers. When I allow Microsoft to access my system (yes, someone verified to be from Microsoft) they usually mess up my system and not rectify the issue at hand. Then I spend hours fixing what they broke. Not happy with their so-called 'support'.

I understand your need to make your feeling known but this forum does not feedback to Microsoft. So long as you realise that and just want to make the point then that's fine.

Posting here about a problem that users may be able to help with is best with plenty of detail including system spec or make and model and the current version and build of windows, or other product. The more details we have the better the response.

If you do speak directly to Microsoft support and they want to make changes they should really ask you if you are okay with that. If not they could end up wiping the system and you lose all files.
