We have lost our M365 Admin's 2FA (******@alturanetgroup.com) and can't login anymore.

We were trying to enable the 2FA in our mobile devices but something went wrong and couldn't make it. Now the 2FA is enabled and we cant access de M365 Admin Pannel anymore. We still have access and well-configured 2FA in the other accounts of the business plan (******@alturanetgroup.com, seguridad@..., etc) We request help to change it.

    Hello mate,

Since the admin account (******@alturanetgroup.com) is currently locked out due to 2FA issues, and you still have access to other accounts within your tenant (such as seguridad@...), you may be able to regain control by using one of those accounts—provided they have sufficient admin privileges. If any of those accounts are Global Admins, you can log in and reset the 2FA settings for the locked-out account via the Microsoft Entra admin center.

Alternatively, if no other account has the necessary permissions, you’ll need to initiate a support request through the Microsoft 365 portal using one of the accessible accounts. Our support team can verify your identity and assist with resetting the 2FA or temporarily disabling it to restore access.

In the meantime, I recommend visiting https://aka.ms/mfasetup to review and update your verification methods once access is restored. This will help prevent similar issues in the future.
