Random Error Message causing computer to reboot constantly

New HP laptop running windows 11 professional with MS 365 randomly gives error message indicating "we have encountered a problem- restarting" when this happens I loose my work!!! This happens constantly making the machine unusable for entering data into Excel spreadsheets. Please help!

    Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

    Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

    Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

    Then post the link here to the zip file, so I can take a look for you.

    Review Event Viewer to see what the error points to

    If o365 and in any new doc, you had 'SavedAs' to name that doc any edits will be saved, just as if you had opened an existing doc any edits would be saved and not lost in any unexpected system restart
