Issue with my Microsoft authenticator app

Hello,

I'm reaching out using my work account, as I'm currently unable to sign in to my personal Microsoft account and therefore cannot send emails or access support directly.

I had configured two personal accounts in the Microsoft Authenticator app on my previous phone. Unfortunately, I had to delete the app, and I did not have a backup configured. Now, when I attempt to sign in or re-add the accounts to the Authenticator app, I'm unable to proceed.

Each time I try to sign in, I'm prompted to approve a code via the Authenticator app—which I no longer have access to. Alternative sign-in methods also fail to work. Even when I try to access the "My Sign-Ins" site to remove the old Authenticator configuration, it requires me to sign in first—which is exactly what I'm unable to do.

I understand that Microsoft no longer provides direct email support for personal accounts, but I’m hoping this message reaches someone who can assist. If you’re able to help or escalate this issue, please contact me via email.

Thank you for your time and support.
