Virtual Machine Manager Setup cannot be completed

Question

I cannot get Virtual Machine Manager to install. It gives me Setup cannot be completed and the following;

A Hardware Management error has occurred trying to contact server 'INNOTEK-VMM.innotek-ep.com' .

WinRM: URL: [http://innotek-vmm.innotek-ep.com:5985], Verb: [GET], Resource: [http://schemas.microsoft.com/wbem/wsman/1/wmi/root/scvmm/FileInformation?Filename=\INNOTEK-VMM.innotek-ep.com\MSSCVMMLibrary\VHDs\Blank Disk - Small.vhd]

Check that WinRM is installed and running on server 'INNOTEK-VMM.innotek-ep.com'. For more information use the command "winrm helpmsg hresult" and http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2742275.

Please Help. I need this program to migrate off of VMWare to Hyper-V in the next 2 weeks. This is urgent.
