having excel and micro soft work error

How i can't writing in excel and micro soft work and aftre afew minutes it will be show REPAIR notification .And also i can't save to those file

    If you are seeing a popup dialog indicating those Office apps need to be repaired and the repair option is not resolving the problem, then the best option is to perform a full repair of your Office installation.

    Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu)

    Go to Apps, then scroll down to find Microsoft Office

    Select that and choose Modify - Online Repair.

    That should fix any issues with your Office Installation .
