Long processing times with Document Intelligence Prebuilt Invoices (West Europe)

Good morning,
I’m experiencing long processing times with the Document Intelligence service. I am in the West Europe region and using the prebuilt Invoices model with API version 2024-11-30 (4.0 General Availability).
I have tested it in two ways:
Calling the service from a microservice
Using the Azure portal with Document Intelligence Studio
In both cases, since yesterday, the processing time has consistently been over 10 minutes. This happens with all invoices I have tested, both my own and the sample ones provided by Azure.

2025-09-23T08:08:25.2466667+00:00 Just tested the example files for West Europe in West Europe now. Inference is under 10 second.
Got an update from this thread that PG has mitigated an engineering ticket addressing West Europe region specific issue.
Please share a document and rest of details if the issue persists at your side.
