TASK BAR Location setting

Why did windows get rid of the ability to move the task bar the side? Will they bring this back? Please bring it back.

    Many people have asked for this since Windows 11 was released, Microsoft have not indicated they intend to add that back as an option in Windows 11 and it is not on any of Windows Insider builds, this forum is just a user to user forum, the best option is to open the Feedback Hub app in Windows and provide your feedback there about this lack of functionality, but to be honest, they are unlikely to bring that feature back to Windows 11 at this stage.
