Disconnect the two USB drives and see if you still get that error. If you do then it's the PC. If you don't then reconnect each drive one at a time to see if the error happens there.

The message you're receiving suggests that your internal hard drive may be at risk of failure. I would recommend backing up any important files to an external drive then have your PC looked at by a professional to try and fix the issue.

Thanks for the suggestion of backing up. I actully do my backups every day so I know that I will not lose any data
