filter activity error handling

Hello,
I have deliberately caused an error in the filter activity (By mis-typing the Condition) to see if it gets captured in my error copy activity.
As you see in the diagram, the error (copy activity) does not get called when Filter activity fails.
Any suggestions?

    I have tried failing Filter activity and it worked fine for me.
