That error trace you provided just indicates an internal error in a dll associated to that software, what is the name of the software producing the error, it seems among other DLL's to be a DLL that is commonly used for automating processes in Photoshop.

Have you tried completely uninstalling that software, restart your PC, then download and re-install the latest available version of the software.
