HP Elitebook G7 Windows Hello fingerprint not compatible

I have an HP Elitebook G7 and I tried to setup my fingerprint and it says "We couldn't find a fingerprint scanner compatible with Windows Hello Fingerprint". I checked device manager and there is no option for Biometric Devices. I checked bios also there was also nothing. So what can I do to solve this issue?

    Which is your Windows version?

    Win+R and type: msinfo32
    Make a screenshot.
