I have a XPS Laptop and the Mother Board stoped working, Dell installed a new board and I did not know that Bit Lock Key was installed on the system. Now I have 3 + years of data on the drive and I can not get into the system. Can anyone help me to figure out what the Bit Lockk key number might be or if I can have the SSL drive removed and the data extrracted?

Sincerely

LGH

Hi VA NON EMERGENCY MEDICAL TRANSPORT ,

If you know your MSA when the computer was setup you should be able to find the key , without the MSA there is no way to get that info of the drive, sorry.
