Hey there, neil taylor

Please can you tell me what symbol is next to your OneDrive icon on your taskbar?

User's image

The icon should either have a red cross next to it, which shows it is a sync error, or a yellow triangle.

Please click onto the OneDrive icon, and it should tell you if there is a sync problem and what the problem is. Please can you let me know what OneDrive is saying?

You can click onto the error and go through the steps on how to fix it. The app should guide you through what you need to do to resolve the problem you are facing.

You can learn more about the different icons and what they mean in this support article here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/fix-onedrive-sync-problems-0899b115-05f7-45ec-95b2-e4cc8c4670b2

Hope this helps,
Nathan
