A cloud-based identity and access management service for securing user authentication and resource access
Hey there, Michael Elias
If you do not sign into your tenant within two-hundred days. Once you have not signed into the account for two-hundred days, it will mark your tenant as inactive. Once the system has done this, you have twenty days to reach out to support to re-activate your tenant. Otherwise, the system will delete everything on the tenant as per Microsoft's data protection policies.
You can find out more information about this by visiting this article here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/fundamentals/inaccessible-tenant
You can view Microsoft's data protection policies here: https://www.microsoft.com/trust-center/privacy/data-management#leave
If you are within the twenty-day window, please try contacting phone support. You can view the phone number for your region here: https://support.microsoft.com/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2
If you are unable to reach out to support via phone. Please try creating a ticket to the Azure billing team through this link here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/?msockid=012fee8ffecc600a2c82fb63ff776173
You may need to create a tenant to submit a support ticket.
Hope this helps,
Nathan
