Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

I can see from your Settings that you’re running Windows 11 Pro. The error 0xc004f050 usually comes up when the product key doesn’t match the edition of Windows that’s installed. For example, if the key you’re entering is for Windows 11 Home (or Windows 10 Home), it won’t work on Windows 11 Pro.

Can you tell me a bit about how this issue first started? For example, did it happen after a fresh install, a hardware change like a new motherboard, or while upgrading from another edition?
