Renewal issue

I earned the Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate certification on 19th April 2024. My Microsoft certification ID is 996506473.

However:

1. The certification does not appear in my Microsoft Learn profile or transcripts.

The renewal link in the email I received is no longer clickable.

Could you please help me:

Verify my certification and link it to my account.

Enable me to access the renewal assessment so I can renew my certification.

Provide any guidance if my certification has expired.
