Are you planning to launch Surface to the VN market anytime soon? We are exploring the option of switching to the Surface for our team.

Thanks for reaching out Microsoft Community and for your interest in Microsoft Surface products in Vietnam.

At the moment, Microsoft hasn’t officially launched Surface devices in the country, so there’s no direct store or authorized reseller network supported by Microsoft locally. This means warranty and support may be limited and could require sending the device abroad, usually to the U.S.

That said, you can still contact Microsoft directly for business or support inquiries through their Vietnam support portal: Microsoft Support Vietnam ( https://support.microsoft.com/vi-vn/topic/s%E1%BB%91-%C4%91i%E1%BB%87n-tho%E1%BA%A1i-c%E1%BB%A7a-d%E1%BB%8Bch-v%E1%BB%A5-kh%C3%A1ch-h%C3%A0ng-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2_.
