Title: Fabric Mirrored Database – PostgreSQL 17 (Flexible Server, Indonesia Central) fails with "Internal system error"

Question

Environment:

• Source: Azure Database for PostgreSQL – Flexible Server
  • Region: Indonesia Central
  • Version: 17.5
  • Tier: General Purpose (no HA, no read replica)
  • Public access from Azure services: Enabled
• Fabric: Mirrored Database (Public Preview), workspace <nama-workspace>

What I did:

• Allowed databases in Azure Portal: <sit_user> only
• Created Fabric Mirrored Database from Power BI/Fabric portal
• Connection succeeds, tables preview works (metadata & sample rows visible)
• Replication started with only 1 simple table (id serial, name text)

Issue:

• Replication fails immediately with: "Internal system error occurred. ArtifactId: 0bc72273-6f6e-4fb1-b252-24171613ef51"

What I tried:

• New mirrored item, new connection, username format user@servername
• Single database allowed, single tiny table
• Different workspace
• Same result

Ask:

• Could the Fabric mirroring pipeline for region Indonesia Central be affected?
• Please inspect server-side logs using the ArtifactId and advise workaround/ETA.
