I am unable to log in to Azure using the email address from which I am sending this message: ******@hotmail.com. The Authenticator app does not receive notifications, and it generates 8-digit codes, while the login process requires 6-digit codes. I have no other way to access the account.

Submitting a support request requires logging into the Azure account, which I cannot do. The phone support line repeatedly redirects me to the online support system, and the online support refers me back to the phone line.

I kindly ask for assistance in accessing this account so I can close the personal subscription associated with it.

Thanks for reaching out to MS Q&A. If your Microsoft account login is stuck on Authenticator, do the following:

6-digit vs 8-digit codes → Microsoft accounts use 6-digit codes. If you see 8-digit, you’re likely opening the wrong entry in the Authenticator app. Make sure to select your Microsoft account tile.

Try account recovery → use https://account.live.com/acsr to reset and prove ownership without needing to sign in.

Important → If recovery fails and no alternate method is available, Microsoft cannot override MFA. You will need successful account recovery to close the subscription.

Make sure to select your Microsoft account tile. - I choosed personal account using Microsoft Login. I removed and readded account few times. This same. I see 8 digits code

Account recovery - not the way. I have access to Microsoft Account. I tried and it didn't fix problem

I called few times to Microsoft Poland support. I talked with bot redirect me to page when i have no access because i have no access to Azure. I tried every time when bot repeat this same message to call me to human support. No results.I see problem not to fix and no change do support by Microsoft. Bot in this situation cannot help me. Do you have chance to talk with human and solve this problem together or someone tho can remove my Microsoft account, all subscriptions and payments because now i cannot do it because i have no access?

I removed and added my Microsoft personal account in Authenticator many times using Microsoft login. No result

Account recovery not solved problem. I have access to my Microsoft account. This account not support Azure where i lost control

I called few times to Microsoft Support Poland. Every time i was talking with bot. Every time this bot not listen to me and redirect to page where i cannot log because i have no business account required for azure support. In these discussion with bot i cannot be redirected to human support. This bot not support me.
I will be very happy to talk with human support that can understand me and fix problem together or recover control over Azure and remove my account, subscriptions and payments because now i pay for service that i have no access and support.
