I am now using the new version of Outlook, WIN 11. How can I find how much memory I have used and in which folder? In the old version of Outlook WIN 10 it was easy to find the memory space used totally and for each folder and even for every single message?

Hi,

In the new Outlook on Windows 11, Microsoft removed the old per-folder size view you may remember from Outlook on Windows 10. To check your overall mailbox space, you’ll need to go through your account’s web settings (for Outlook.com or Microsoft 365, this is under Settings > General > Storage) where it shows how much you’ve used and what’s left. The new Outlook app itself only lets you see the size of an individual message by opening it and choosing View > Message details. If you need the detailed folder-by-folder breakdown, the only way for now is to use the classic Outlook desktop app (still available in Microsoft 365), where right-clicking a folder and choosing Properties > Folder Size gives you the exact numbers.

Kind regards,
