Sorry I can’t remote into your computer for you, But here's a few steps that you can check, Since Epson confirmed the printer itself works, the problem is likely Windows hanging onto an old driver, so the best fix is to fully clear it out and reinstall fresh: first try removing the printer from Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners, and if it won’t go, run printui /s /t2 to delete any Epson drivers still listed; next stop the Print Spooler service (via services.msc), delete leftover files in C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS, then restart the spooler this clears any "stuck" jobs or locked files; finally, download the newest driver from Epson’s website and install it as Administrator, since Windows needs a clean environment before a reinstall will work
