Why does my storage task assignment not trigger?

Why does my storage task assignment not trigger the storage action task at the scheduled time? It shows 0 runs even after the trigger time has passed.

Most of the time, this happens because the previous run is still going, the task doesn’t have the right permissions, it wasn’t saved properly, or the schedule is set up wrong or turned off. To fix it, just check the permissions and roles, see if the last run is stuck, make sure the task is active and saved, and then review the schedule or try running it manually.

I do have the required permissions (Storage Blob Data Owner role is assigned to Storage task for the scope of the Storage Account) . Task Assignment is scheduled for 10 minutes after the provisioning and it is enabled too. Really don't know what am I missing.
