Some outlook problem?

Hey there

This here is both for pc and mobile iOS

1. On my outlook app for pc i have only 1 mail Account and on my IOS Outlook app i have 6 mail account
2. i can’t recover my password to some of my outlook mail account

please be nice a help my

#1: Did you add the other accounts to Outlook on your PC? The accounts in the apps do not sync between devices; you need to add the account.

#2: Only you can reset your password and make security changes to your account. Support is unable to assist.  Sorry.

If you no longer have the verification accounts, you need to use the account recovery form in Step 3 of the following Microsoft article

You need to fill out the form twice a day, every day, until you get the account back.
